Pancakes by Martxel

             PANCAKES BY MARTXEL


INGREDIENTS

180ml milk

2 tablespoons vinegar


125g plain flour

   1 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg


30g butter, melted


oil


METHOD :

First, combine milk with vinegrar in a medium bowl  and set aside for 5 minutes to `sour´

Next ,combine flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt in a large mixing  bowl.Whisk egg and butter into soured milk. Pour  the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.

Finally, Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, and lightly coat with oil. Pour 4 tablespoons (60ml) of butter onto the pan, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip, and cook until browned on the the other side.
 
Prep:10min / Cook:10min / Extra time:5min resting.

Chocolate chip cookies by Anahi



Ingredients:

450 grammes flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
250 grammes brown sugar
125 grammes white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
250 grammes chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
250 gramms of butter
150 grammes of nuts(opcional)

Method:

First, preheat the oven to 180ºC, grease 2 or 3 baking trays.

Next, mix the flour, the baking soda and salt.

Later, mix the butter, the brown sugar and white sugar add the eggs and the vanilla.

After that, add the flour mixtutere , the chocolate chips and nuts.

Finally, put the mixture on the baking tray with a spoon. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes.

Cooking time: About 9 or 12 minutes.

Flapjacks by Gonzalo

                                         FLAP JACKS

INGREDIENTS:

 240g porridge oats

180g brown sugar

180g butter

 pinch salt


METHOD:

Melt, the butter sugar and honey in a saucepan. Turn off the heat.

Next, add the porridge oats, the salt and raisins. Mix well.

Then, put the mixture into a greased oven dish. Flatten with a spoon. Bake at 180º C for 20 to 30 minutes.

Finally, cut the flapjacks into rectangles. Eat after 30 minutes

                                Banana split bowl (if possible)

                                1 Banana

                                Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream

                                Whipped cream and Sprinkles


                                                

                                               Method                       

                        First, cut the banana in half lengthwise.                 

                        Next, add one scoop of chocolate vanilla and                                 strawberry.

                        Then, add whipped cream.         

                        Finally, add chocolate sauce and sprinkles.

                        Cooking time: About 20 minutes.

                                      ICE-CREAM SUNDAE
 
 
INGREDIENTS:
50 grammes strawberries
3 scoops strawberry ice-cream
Strawberry syrup
Whipped cream
Sprinkles
 

METHOD:
First, wash and slice the strawberries.

Next, put layers of strawberries and ice cream in a glass.

Later, pour on some strawberry syrup.

Finally, put whipped cream and sprinkles on top.


COOKING TIME: About 10 minutes

Hamburgers by Unai

Ingredients:


400 g ground beef.
4 hamburgers buns.
Lettuce.
2 big pickles.
2 tomatoes.
Ketchup.
1 big spoon oil

Method:

First, make four hamburger steaks with the ground beef.
Next,  heat the oil in a friying pan. Cook the steak for 3 minutes on each side.
Later, cut  the hamburgers buns in two. Toast them. Cut the tomatoes and the pickles.
After that, make the hamburgers with the buns, the tomatoes, the steak, and some lettuce and ketchup.
 Finally,eat the hamburger. Delicious!!!

TOFFEE APPLES by Alek

INGREDIENTS

-8 RED APPLES
-8 STICKS
-450 GRAMMES SUGAR
-JUICE OF 1 LEMON
-8 TABLESPOONS WATER
-GREASEPROOF PAPER

METHOD

 First, heat the sugar,lemon,water gently in a saucepan. Stir until dissolved.
 When the sugar is dissolved,boil for eight minutes Dip the apples into the toffee.
 Then,put them on greaseproof paper to harden. The toffee apples are ready for your Halloween party.


 COOKING TIME :About 25 minutes

Ingredients:

 For 16 Easter eggs:

250g marzipan

125g icing sugar

2 tablespoons hot water

hundreds and thousands cocktail sticks

Method:

 

First, shape the marzipan into sixteen eggs.

Then, sift the icing sugar into a bowl.Add water.Make a smooth paste.

After, with the cocktail sticks, dip the eggs into the icing sugar.

Next, roll in the hundred and thousands.

Finally, leave for 30 minutes.

Cooking time:

About  25 minutes.
