I'm going to write about the 2 young men who founded Google: Sergey Brin and Larry Page.

Google is the most popular search engine. It was founded in 1998.

Google was named after Googol, the name for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. Google is very used worldwide to look for any kind of information.

  Sergey and Larry initially operated Google out of their friend`s garage in Menlo Park, California.

Sergey Brin was born in Moscow, Russia in 1973. He moved to the United States when he was six. He studied Computer Science at the University of Maryland.


Larry Page was born in Michigan in 1973. He studied Computer Science too at Stanford University. His parents were professors of Computer Science at Michigan University.




By 2011 each  had an estimated net worth 16.7 billion.

Who invented coke?

His name is John Stith Pemberton. He was born in Knoxville,Georgia on January 8,1831. Coke is one of the most famous fizzy drinks in the world. It was invented in 1886. When he was 19, he was licensed to practice pharmacy. He died on August 16, 1888. Coke is a very delicious drink and lots  of us enjoy drinking it.

Who invented the bicycle?

I'm going to write about the person who invented the bicycle around 1839,Kirkpatrick Macmillan. He created a machine that he could propel without putting his feet on the ground.

He was born in Keir, Scotland on September 2, 1812. He did a variety of jobs when he was a young man before starting to work with his father in 1824.

He did not patent his invention.

His name is Dr.James Naismith.
He invented the basketball.
He was born in Ontario,Canada on November 6, 1861. He died on November 28, 1939.
He was a physical education teacher and coach.
Basketball is a sport played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court.
